No. Anybody can ride into the Vélo and feel welcome to use our facility. The Performance Lab and Wellness classes require advance booking up to 10minutes before a session. Non-members can pay for one offs and walk ins. Check out our group class schedule
Yes. The Vélo provides premium shower facilities with, hair products, hair dryers, hair straighteners and gas heated showers for instant warmth and comfort.
Yes. Our world leading indoor cycling studio will be adaptable for all cyclists with trainer pedals or Shimano and Look cleats. We also offer shoes in various sizes for rental, please ask a member of staff at least 6 hours before your class. We cater for the earliest beginner or the rider who is intrigued on how to use ‘cleats’ (clip in pedals).
Yes. We have plans to offer a range of session types throughout each training day. We will be holding sessions hourly between 6am-9pm Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm Sat and 8am-5pm Sun. Check out our schedule
Yes. We have 6 allocated spaces directly on our forecourt and we also have permission from our neighbour Links Signs and Graphics to use their forecourt during weekends and evenings.
Yes. The Vélo caters for road, commuter, mountain, hybrid etc cyclists, we have superb facilities and bicycle stands to ensure bikes are stored safe whilst you relax and enjoy a stage of le tour whilst sipping on your favourite brew.
Yes. We offer nutrient dense smoothies and meal prep whilst still catering for the hungry rider, with our appetising coffee and cake selections. A wide selection depending on your timing, for example starting or finishing a ride or even waiting for your bike service / other half shopping in Blackpool. We offer eat and drink in or takeaway. Yes. We cater for clubs, teams, schools, colleges, corporate classes etc for indoor cycling, wellness sessions (yoga / strength classes) or space for awards ceremonies, seminars and guest speakers. Please contact us for details
Yes. We have a Zwift zone which is Bring Your Own Bike (BYOB) – we supply the trainer and visual screen; the rider provides the bike! After a long day at work and you want some ‘me’ time then this could be for you.
Running will be weekly track sessions at Stanley Park, Warbreck Hill for hill repeats and various for endurance runs. Swimming will be Palatine, Moore Park or Rossall swimming baths.
